Great toy from a company with stellar customer service! I originally purchased two of these by accident as the picture on the site matched an older model that was a favorite of mine and I wanted backups. After confirming with the company that they were sending the newer model, they were generous enough to refund one of the toys, but let me keep both due to the mix up. They even went above and beyond checking with their suppliers to see if they could still get my original favorite. Aside from the excellent customer service, I have to say I'm more than happy with the new model. The vibrations are much more powerful than the old model and it stays in hands free for the most part. I do miss being able the change the batteries as the new model has a built in rechargeable battery, I only wonder how long it might last. Even so, it's perfect at what it does, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again to the owner for going above and beyond! Next time I'm looking for some new toys, I'll be coming here first!

While a ball gag is usually nice, sometimes my wife prefers something different. Her review below...Love this style gag. It's not as strenuous on the corners of my mouth but still is fun to use. It doesn't have a "sour" taste like some rubber gags. You can bite into it and it's comfortable and it's a lot of fun to use. Great purchase.

It’s a great chair if you want quality and stability. I found it very comfortable and was easy to set up. Only problem is I wish it was easier to adjust it higher up. (For tall men)Also: make sure the leg attachments are in the correct direction, or it’ll mess with the comfort, and it’ll feel forced!Other than that, The masters and mistresses will be pleased with this purchase! Super easy set up, great quality. I'm about 170 lbs and it held me up in a way that I wasn't scared it was just going to fall down. Set up and take down to store it is quick and easy so it makes it easier having fun while still making it quick when you have 3 kids like we do.

Great, but belts would get loose on arms and legs. We tried different things but were not successful until we were able to fix it pretty easily. If you turn the arm and leg holders upside down and loosen the screws. You can pull the belts to make the side that you clip the belt shorter. Pull until the sewn portion is the only thing you see on that side. Once complete, tighten the screws again, and now the belts should lock properly. Hope this is helpful.

The best Lovense toy so far in my experience. Exceptional battery life, comparably light weight, less noisy than other Lovense toys, medium price point.The only negative for me was the sleeve, as it appeared to be slightly damaged due to being pinched by the clip-on stroker lid. (Ended up ordering 2 of the replacement sleeves anyway, such is my faith in how long & hard I will be using/used by this toy 😅)
