It was hard at first to fit a nipple in. You have to spread it a bit, but it is very effective! Couldn't last too long at first. there are 3 rubber rings to slide on each side to make it tighter. Fun toy to have. Just for one location.

Good product but only has one abacus vice. Since it's common for most people to have 2 nipples I incorrectly assumed it would come with 2 haha

IMHO, the best nipple clamps I've ever used. Very adjustable from light pressure to very intense. Works well with big nipples and little nipples. It's length also opens up some variety in play. You can slid it bag and forth, rotate it, flick the ends, etc. and this is all pretty easy to do while multi-tasking and providing pleasure elsewhere.
