No instructions were in the packaging. And because it comes in several pieces, it took us a bit of time to figure it out. Also, we did not like the thigh straps that came with it, but because we had separate ones that we preferred, we simply switched them out and it worked just fine.

Great product, everything is very well made. There are 2 little downfalls the clips to attach the cuffs are hard to open, but not too difficult . Then it should also have bigger adjustment for bigger people, my girlfriend is 5'2" and 140 lbs and for her to fit with at least bearable comfort it was a half inch left of adjustment. But besides that it is a great product
