My wife and I have used many types of sexual aids including nipple clamps. She likes this and and says it adds to the stimulation. You can adjust the pressure and the weighted balls add just a little extra. They can also be used under clothing. They stay put!! I purchased another style and hated them so I got these ones as a replacement. I’m so happy with them! They’re much easier to tighten and the bar doesn’t move once they’re tight enough. I can tug on them a bit and they don’t seem to I move much. I just wish the rub pieces were firmly attached to the metal. I love nipple stim more than most other things during sex, so I have high standards. These are great for someone who likes that sort of thing and is just starting to explore that aspect of pleasure.
