So, I've been using, cleaning, and maintaining these intermittently since 2013. I have not dealt with any staining, bacteria, or break down in this product. I simply follow instructions, and clean them routinely.For a couple of years I wasn't sure if they were helping with tone at all, I had one son, and felt self-conscious about tightness and muscle control after childbirth, so I spoke with my doctor and she recommended kegels. I was single and chose to remain celibate from 2013, all the way up until my honeymoon with my new husband this past week, and let me say. THESE WORK.They work so well in fact, that my "big O" happened, freely, and fairly effortlessly, and he commented on the tightness (something that I didn't even experience BEFORE having my son a few years ago).I know it may seem like a fluke, or like not having sex for awhile was what helped with these awesome sensations that made my honeymoon one to remember, but truthfully I KNOW it was kegels and using these beads to learn how to properly grip/clench/hold. I would recommend this for any woman who is feeling self-conscious or just looking to increase her or her partners pleasure.When wearing them - I don't experience the pleasing sensations or arousal some women discuss, but they are noticeable and helpful. When I wore them at first - even for short periods of time, I would always feel like I had been doing crunches due to low-abdominal muscles soreness (a sure sign it's working!)

I was looking for some benwa balls to help strengthen my bladder muscles and give a little pleasure, and these certainly fill both needs. I did a lot of research on different types of balls, and I settled on the LELO brand because they were versitle and easy to keep clean. I liked how the set comes with the two weighted sets of balls so you could gradually get higher with the weights without needing to purchase additional sets of balls. The balls are also completely sealed with no little rims that can give bacteria the perfect place to hide (even with where the string inserts in the ball). I wash them with warm soapy water before and after I wear them, and they are perfect.As I did my reasearch on benwa balls, a lot of resources said that you would have to do all kinds of squeezing exercises to keep them in. It made sense, but sounded awful if I was also wanting the pleasure of the feel of the balls in me as I exorcised. I read a review from one person who said that she just inserted them and did her daily tasks with no need to squeeze them in to keep them in. I was skeptical, but gave it a try. I was very surprised at how easily they stay in! As the ball inside the ball moves, my muscles naturally clamp down and that is how you get the exercise needed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. It is so easy, and feels really good. Buy this brand of you are debating where to start with benwa balls!!!

I have had 6 kids so I was feeling a little weak down there. I wanted to try to work those muscles so sex would be more enjoyable for both of us. I have had them for several months. I have not been wearing them consistently because life gets in the way, but I do think they have helped. It definitely keeps you aware that you have them in. I have found that if I keep them in for a longer while, I am also definitely more ready to be with my husband when I take them out. If I keep them in for a shorter amount of time, I feel like I gave my muscles a little workout, but not that turned on feeling. Why I gave these a 4 and not a 5 is because I find them uncomfortable at times, but I am hoping the more I wear these the more it will help. They also make noises I can hear if you don't get them in enough. Overall though, I'd say they are fun and do seem to work by making you aware and reminding you to work those muscles.

I think these are fantastic. The price on Amazon is great compared to other places I looked. I was super excited to give these a try. I had 5 children and am in my 30s so these were made for me :)THe first day I wore these I started with the pink set. I didn't even notice they were there. I wore them for a few hours. The following day I went for the blues and same experience. I didn't really notice they were there. I have no issues holding these in. However, I believe they are getting the job done lol.Sometimes I feel like the weights jiggle to loud and others could hear them. I personally only wear them at home. I am thinking about trying out the minis.For those wondering about the sexual end of it. Sure they feel pretty good, but not orgasm good lol. You can have sex with them inserted and I have. I don't know if the sex was enhanced due to the balls or not but it was good lol.

I don't usually write reviews, especially for items of this nature, but I think this one is worth it, so here goes. First off, I am 23 years old and have never had children. When I opened my regular sized Luna Beads, they were *much* larger than I expected (I didn't know the mini's existed when I ordered these.) They were closer to the size of ping pong balls than any "beads" I've ever seen (but I guess "Luna Balls" just didn't have the same ring to it.) Not to be dissuaded, I assembled the two pink balls in their harness, applied a bit of the included lubricant to the end, and inserted the beads in a standing position (I use a diaphragm and find it easiest to insert this way.) Insertion was rather uncomfortable, bordering on downright painful.As I walked around the house, I was disappointed at how little I felt. There was a small vibration that I could feel when moving in certain ways, such as bending over and standing back up, but I felt none of the "clenching" that other reviewers have mentioned. They really didn't feel like they were doing anything at all. But I'd just spend 25 good dollars on these, and I wasn't about to give up without giving them a chance. I wore them all day for a couple of days, then had to take a break since my period started.About a week later, when my body was able to accept such things again, I reinserted the Luna Beads, this time using a pink bead and a blue bead and again wearing them all day as I went about my normal activities. After a couple days with this weight, I graduated to two blue beads. With the blue beads, I immediately noticed that the vibrations were more easily felt, but I still didn't feel any "clenching."Initial challenges and disappointments aside, at this point I am not sorry that I ordered the Luna Beads. Regarding my difficulties with insertion, I quickly found that by using a larger amount of lubricant and applying it both to the beads and to, well, where the beads are going, I was able to insert with much less discomfort. It's still not my favorite thing to do, but it doesn't hurt anymore. No worse than putting in a diaphragm or menstrual cup.The only thing I still don't like about them is that they make it difficult to pee. This may be a problem unique to me and my internal anatomy, but at times it feels like they are actually blocking my urethra and I can't get a good stream going. I have found that if I push the beads up with my finger as far as they will go before I pee, this seems to help. And if you're like me, you can forget about pooping when the beads are in. Your body will push the beads right out along with the poop, and it is not a comfortable experience.Now as to whether these beads working as claimed, causing me to perform involuntary Kegel exercises throughout the day as I walk, run, clean the house, etc., this I'm still not sure about. I will say that knowing the beads are inside and being able to hear their occasional "click" or feel their vibrations is a great reminder to perform *voluntary* Kegels as I sit in my car or at my desk, and it does feel like I have better control with something to "grab" as I perform my exercises. For a little added resistance, you can even grab the string and pull gently with your hand as you pull the other direction with your lady parts.I don't know if it's these extra Kegels I've been consciously doing or if simply having the beads in is developing my muscles as claimed, but I will say that there have been benefits in the bedroom. I've only been sexually active since I got married a year ago, and while sex hasn't been uncomfortable, it's always been a challenge for me to figure out what I need to do with my body to help it *really* feel good. I don't know if it's just a placebo effect, but now I feel much more conscious and in control of my Kegel muscles, and I will say that tightening them up during sex has made it much more pleasurable for me. My husband has commented that I feel tighter to him as well. :)I plan to continue wearing these on a regular basis and may come back and update if I continue to see benefits. My advice to anyone who may have ordered these beads and is initially disappointed: don't give up right away. Give them a chance for at least a couple weeks, move to the heavier beads if you don't feel anything with the lighter ones. You've got nothing to lose and you'll be happy you gave them a chance if your experience is anything like mine.

Wonderful product! I bought these to help with the occasional bladder leakage problem many women have after childbirth. They are very high quality with a company that stands behind their products. While the insert that came with this product suggest wearing them for 30 min a day, I usually wear them all day. They have worked a miracle for my bladder leakage problem. I can even jump on the trampoline with my son without needing a pad. I could not begin to explain how wonderful and thankful I am to have that ability again. They are one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have told all of my friends about them and even bought more sets for my family. They also work wonders for your sex life. My partner was extremely happy with the results so far and I will say that orgasms are far more intense and satisfying. I also find that the slight movement of the weight causes a sensation that seems to increase your sex drive, as it is just enough to be noticeable and stimulating. I started with the single 28 g weight and am now up to the 37g weight all day when I work and a combination of the 37g weight and the 28g weight on my days off. I have been using them for a month now and I love them. I would recommend these to any woman who has bladder leakage problems or who wants to tighten things up.

I am a single gal in my late 30's and have never had children. I thought the beads would be a fun way to strengthen my vagina muscles and make sex that much better for my partner and I. I am not much for following the directions so I jumped right in and went with the 2 blue balls (the heavier set). Inserting wasn't all that difficult when lying down. After a few days of use I could feel them working my muscles. Unlike some other reviewers on here I did not find the beads to be at all arousing/stimulating. There was no " omg factor" for me with the beads inside, that is what I have my lelo tiani 2 and my lelo Ina 2 vibrators for. I have urinated with them inside me just fine but wouldn't recommend #2 with them in. I have worn the beads to work and the grocery store etc. One mistake was wearing them to my gym workout. Doing aerobics, squats, lunges, jogging etc are not a good idea with the beads. No matter how hard you are trying to constrict those muscles and hold the beads in it is extremely difficult to do and forced me into the bathroom twice during my workout just to push them back inside further. Overall I feel they are a good investment as I have felt the beads tighten things up down there even more me.

I purchased the luna beads from amazon and my order arrived promptly. I was impressed with the quality of the luna beads. I have had two children ( several years apart) and I am a young 50 year old with good tone down there, but I do think its a great idea to excersize the kegals and I just never can remember to sqeeze at the stop lights! Sooo, why not! I figured I could hold in the heavier ball right off the bat and I could, no prob. I just put it in and go about my day not even aware its in except when I urinate, the ball seems to cause a slight urine blockage so its a good idea to remove it to empty the bladder. I tried the two heavy balls together and that was fine except that the first ball seems to just lodge in way up there and i really have to push that one out when removed. I would also like to note that when you remove the ball make sure you are over the toilet because urine will leak out when the ball is removed. I tried the two heavy balls in the harness and I held it in just fine but it felt too large and slighty uncomfortable so I am assuming its just too big for my size. I have decided that the one heavy ball is all I need and i can wear it all day as long as I remove it once in a while to empty my bladder. As far as the desired results go i have to say that my husband and I have noticed an improvement in tone and are quite excited about it! I am amazed at how easy it is and how good it works! I wish I would have had this right after the birth of my second child to shape up sooner..great product!

I read reviews of the Luna Beads for days before deciding to purchase them. The most common thing I've read is that they do not provide stimulation. That is not the purpose of these beads. If you do get some stimulation, good for you! But the product is intended for muscle strengthening, and in that way, they completely work for me. I am 45 with no children, and was pretty sure that the regular size would be perfect for me. I now wish I had tried the mini size first because these are a little large, but not at all painful. I just think I would benefit more from the smaller ones. Regardless, I do feel an occasional flutter of movement if I am bending over, or moving a lot, which serves as a reminder to utilize the pc muscle. Insertion is fairly easy, and clean up is, as well. Positioning the balls in the harness takes a little time, but after a few uses it becomes easier. LELO makes great quality products and this came packaged nicely with an antibacterial storage bag, registration card (for your warranty), a sample of lube, and an instruction booklet. Because of the quality of this product, I decided to purchase one of LELO's high end vibrators, and I'm glad I did. Highly recommended company and products.

I specifically ordered this product to strengthen my PC musles. First off, I wanna say that I've had 1 child, and that I'm not too bad out of shape down there because it's been 8 years since my last pregnancy. I'm actually pregnant now, and I figured if a penis is safe to go in, why not Luna balls? If anyone has concerns please tell me if there are any dangers :) The day they arrived (today), I tried them out. I actually tried all of the balls ;) Surprisingly, they weren't as big as alot of women were making them out to be. My guess is that they have not experienced having a child, or have unfortunately have not met a man who was at least an average size down there. They fit me quite comfortably, and seriously not bigger than a man with an average sized penis. I was very excited to start my muscle strengthening, buuuuut...I had to go straight to using the 2 blue balls because the others were not budging. I jumped and ran and there was no chance of them even peeking out. With the 2 blue balls, I noticed that I could feel alot more clinging or jingling. You could also hear it which is kinda funny because my bf asked me what the noise was HAHAHA!!! I just said I didn't know. My point in not telling him is that I wanted to see if he noticed a difference without him knowing what I've been up to :D. Well anyways, The pink balls I could minorly feel anything. The blue balls, I definetly know that there is something in there and it jingles everytime I walk or move. Which can be arousing depending on my mindset. So far that's all I have. I will update another review in a week or two to tell you if there is a difference in the tone of my jj. So far so good ;) It delivered fast! I also purchased the LELO personal moisturizer. Very pleased with it. Doesn't take much to get it all lubed up for insertion.
