These are amazing. My partner could tell after a couple days that my pelvic floor was getting stronger and the balls themselves are very comfortable. Like so comfortable that you don't even know they're there. The string on the balls is not noticeable and much better than another brand I tried. Just purchase them already.

feels nice, I like the weight, seems like a quality product, and it had great packaging. however, you CAN hear the balls. some reviews said the noise was fixed but you can definitely hear them move. it’s not very loud but noticeably in a quiet environment.

I do honestly think these are working I wear them on errands or walks every day! And you can't hear them rn you at all if you're just walking around it whatever your body completely muffles them. Although I only use the one blue ball still. Any time I use 2 and the harness the bottom ball pops out I don't know if it's the depth of my vagina it if my muscles just aren't up to par yet

I found the beads perfect with one exception. They are a little large for easy insertion and as a result a little uncomfortable sort of like using a menstrual cup. However once in they are in you might forget you are wearing them until you feel some mild fatigue as if you did light work out at removal. Overall a great product. I wear while belly dancing and get great training as a result

I got these after mistakenly getting the regular size. These fit better....i still can't fit two balls in the harness in....just way too long. I'm 5'8 so I don't think my vaginal cannal is short. it works better for me tp insert the ball with the string in first, then a second ball of I want. I haven't had great luck keeping two in, but I can wear one to work and mostly be ok. ca since using them my bf has said that I clench dealt hard while we have sex, so they must be doing something!

These have been the best for me. I have tried several others and was becoming frustrated. I am over 35 and I was looking for small and variable weighted kegal balls and The size and versatility in weight was good and I like that they were easy to remove. They are a solid surface, that makes it easy to keep clean. I gave 4 stars and not 5 stars because it does not cause the kegals to stimulate enough for me.

I used the beads for a relatively short amount of time before I started noticing the results. I haven't used them in a while, but they were/are great starter beads for those who are trying to figure out how to use those PC muscles.

Update dec 3rd. I have been using both blue beads and find them easy. I wear them for several hours when I'm up or active. It's a nice idea to be able to improve with the set.About me: I'm over thirty and had baby number two in 2013. I purchased these overs the regular based on reviews of the regular and taking out a ruler and looking at what the size difference was. I wanted something challenging and many of the metal balls are much smaller.So my experience: one pink or blue ball was too easy four weeks postpartum. I can keep the two pink ones in for about an hour before I have trouble with them slipping out. I walk or exercise or chase a preschooler (which includes lots of equating or running) when I have them in. They have definitely eliminated my sneezing problem. I've just been using the two pinks for a couple weeks and not every day so I think I'll be able to improve.Noise: sometimes I do hear them, I wouldn't recommend wearing them somewhere too quiet.And wile they aren't going to take me to my happy place I think they help me to remember my husband/that I'm a woman as I take care of my two LOs. And that seems to help me to be ready to go ;-)
