A good while back my husband bought me a ball gag but we were only able to use it a couple of times as it was much to large for me mouth. I also suffer from TMJ disorder and it eoulf cause my jaw to ache like nobody's business after a short time. Though we haven't got to officially use this gag yet, I did try it on and I am SO GLAD I chose to order the 1.5" size. It fits near perfect and I don't think I will needing to spit it put very quickly after starting to use it. It didn't mean like it would cause me any discomfort. Very pleased

The silicone ball is soft and feels very good, no plastic taste. The strap are fake leather of an OK quality. Unfortunately it lacks of holes to tight it around small necks. Overall, pretty good quality for the price !
