This thing fit wonderfully. I was worried about it not staying on but I was pleasantly proven wrong in my worries. My wife was also pleasantly surprised upon experiencing it for the first time. It definitely removes sensation, but it's not about me. This was for her and it achieved what I wanted it to do.

Honestly the sensation is a little suppressed in there, the pleasure is mostly watching her having fun.I also hurt myself once or twice when I put my balls in their designated place, but it works quite well if you manage to get right.
