The packaging was good for me. Nothing was in pieces, everything was attached & all. I received what it looks like in the picture above. Same color & all. I have always had my eyes on this. It wasn't bad. The collar is a bit stiff, but it's good overall. I love the clamps! You can adjust them how tight you want them to be on your nipples. They are not like clothes pins!

The best part is the collar. The clamps aren't that strong honestly. No where near clothes line clip strength. I dunno why they have adjusters to reduce the amount of pinch when they barely pinch. The chains aren't even heavy and with the lack of sufficient pinch, even a little motion has them pulling the clamps off. I think most people are going to end up using clothes line clips or other clips on top of these just to keep them in place. Which works better since you won't get splinters! LOL

the adjustable clamps are awesome! only thing is the plastic caps slip off, but that's easily fixed wit super glue. the collar is also well made, would def recommend this

Very hot. Girlfriend loved it, but I do think it got uncomfortable for her around the neck after a while. I'm going to put the clamp chains on a clip to make them optional. Very well made, and very sexy!
