The hole is definitely bigger than it looks I. The picture I was concerned it was going to be too small but it’s a good size. Wearer will need to be able to open their mouth very wide to accommodate it which is what one wants

So this is most definitely large but still comfortable to wear. The strap that holds it on your face is a bit large in my opinion. I have a larger head and it’s still a little too big for. Had to make a new hole to make it fit better. The center hole is large enough to use for certain “meats” which was one of my biggest questions. The quality of the device is really good as well. Very sturdy and forces the mouth to stay open. I will say though. If you are using this to be “fed” anything. The inner circle is a little dry at times so I highly suggest making sure that it is lubricated in some way. The package it came in was very authentic as well to mention. Shipped very fast.Cool feature I did not notice until I received was, there is a spot for a many lock to make sure that the submissive can not take it off unless allowed to.Overall great for the price!

At first I thought the tube was a little big for someone's mouth, but after some experimentation, I found that one could bite down a little and the mouth gag is then manageable. I took off a star because it is supposed to be a Strict Leather gag, but instead its a Master series one.

This gag is probably one of the highest quality leather products that I own. Very thick and very durable. However it was clearly designed for people with larger heads, It's very loose when worn. Also while the actually hole is very large. It's not quite large enough to put what I want in there.

I just received this. Its extremely well made...heavy and heavy duty! I immediately tried it on...what a mouthful!!!. I really can't believe the quality of craftsmanship considering the low price I paid for it.

This has to be the thickest leather gag I have ever seen. I am a pro Dom and this will last a lifetime! I did not expect the leather to be so thick and strong. Very well built, heavy duty metal rings, stitching is strong to. I can't wait to put it around my subs mouth and F--- him crazy with it!
