It slips in very easily. Very light weight. You just have to have some way to secure it, rope or bungee cord. I'd say it's worth the money.

Wanted to leave a review on how awesome this hook is, for both men and women. I am a man who uses it analy and it helped me squirt many times! (Yeah men can squirt like women). Easy to insert and remove, the ball is large enough to be secure but not enough to create too much discomfort upon insertion and removal. The loop at end is perfect for bondage. My sub liked it and we had a lot of fun with it.
