After having my second child, I met with my OBGYN with concerns about my pelvic floor muscles. It definitely didn’t feel “normal” in that area. I was recommended this product by friend, and wow, it is a game changer! After a few uses, I began to notice improvement and could feel my muscles strengthening. Exactly what I needed to strengthen my pelvic floor after having a baby! I had 3rd degree tears during childbirth followed by months of incontinence, this product truly helped me get back to a better place. I wish I bought it sooner! I would definitely recommend to a friend!
