Purchased this based off of prior positive experiences with Lelo. Little did I know their once fantastic products have taken a nose dive.One of the big reasons for the purchase was connectivity through their app, which is amazing, but again I say. When it works properly. Enjoying the setting you have it on? Better hope it doesn't drop connectivity. When connectivity eventually drops, instead of staying on the current setting, it shuts off.That's right. Instead of staying on the setting it was on, it shuts off, completely throwing everything off. Fantastic design, Lelo. Absolutely phenomenal.Now you may ask: Was your phone on the other side of the house when it drops connection? Nope, it was right next to my bed. Did your phone die? Nope. Did bluetooth turn off on your phone? Nope.Did you register your product and want to warranty the device? Better get ready to record untold minutes/hours of video, all in an attempt to catch a completely random issue.Feel? Great when it works.Charging speed? Slower than it should be.Value for money? Nope. Absolutely not.If I could give it zero stars, I would.
