Cold steel might seem a bit off-putting, but it warms up easily.The heft is something to adjust to as well, but the way the toy itself is shaped, it's very unlikely to slip back out once it's in. The first bulge keeps the toy seated, and the angle presses the second, larger bulge against the prostate nicely.Internally, it's great for sitting or walking around for extended periods. Externally, I wouldn't mind if the grab ring that keeps it from getting lost were a little ergonomic. Front to back, it's fine, but if they narrowed down the side to side, a little bit, I wouldn't mind at all. After a while, the left and right edges tend to dig into the flesh. Can get uncomfortable in time.Otherwise, I highly recommend!

Everyone is different so what works for some might not for others. This is a great adult toy that is easy to clean, doesn't get 'sticky' like some, and can be used with silicone lube. The only 'problem' is that for some it is not "a wear it and forget it", if not held it can turn or twist depending on what else you are doing and again everyone is different but the handle may be to big for some to sit while using this.
