My wife loves this gag. It's comfortable and doesn't hurt her jaw like a ballgags do. If this hobby is your thing then you really need to try this baby out.

It’s large. The bag and the strap. Expect to punch more holes in it to accommodate human sized heads. Due to the size it needs to be on really tight or it will just pop out.

This gag is soft enough to be comfortable, but dense enough to do a fine job. My only thought about improvement is that it would be nice to be able to turn the gag 90 degrees so that the narrow side was in the mouth. But, it's still a 5 review as the item works great and fits just like advertised.

This has become my favorite gag. I love how soft and comfortable it is between my teeth, which also allows me to really bite down on it comfortably. The metal rings on the side feel great on my cheeks, as well. No chafing issues. Wife likes the way it looks, too, which is always a plus!
