Like others, I got this for my wife as she is a little slow to get going. She was dead set against any toys, but I asked her to keep an open mind about this. Wow! After 5 min with this, she was writhing around the bed with Exorcist like gymnastics! At one point, she moaned, Who invented this thing? I told her about the request for a review, and I asked her what she thought of it, she smiled a very big smile and said, "it works just fine!". It cleans right up with warm water, toy cleaner spray, and after drying the outside, I use a q-tip gently to dry the inside of the nozzle. In our first session of play, the battery lasted through the hour and a half without any dip in performance. Good unit.

It was very underwhelming it got the job done in a slow warm way not a slow burn just warm no fireworks. I was really looking for that oh wow moment but I had to crank it up to the strongest mode to get the results I wanted and just barely. So I wish it was more powerful. Came in a very pretty box and packaging was very nice but for the price I was expecting more. Maybe I’m not use to the pulse energy. I’ll keep trying and see if it get better but so far I will not recommend this to someone who’s use to toys if your a newbie maybe it’ll be more impressionable but for someone who knows there way around a collection of toys I’d say look for something with more power.UPDATE: I added another star for the main purpose that they regard there products very highly so when there's an issue they respond very quickly to help fix any issues. They like to make every customer very happy with there company and because of them reaching out to me and being thorough and fast to fix any issues, and if or when the problem cant be fixed they'll ship you a replacement right away. Id happily recommend anyone to purchase products from this company. So customer service is a 5 star!
