By itself, the "Blush Performance" model(s) isn't as good as it (they) could be straight out of the packaging.First of all, you'll need to purchase accessories like the Blush Performance Advanced Universal Silicone Pump Sleeve to ensure a good seal while maintaining adequate suction along with an appropriately sized ring/device for your scrotum to keep the pump from sucking one of your testicles into the cylinder.Secondly, the plastic hand pump is too weak and feels like an amateur device more than a serious piece of equipment you can rely upon to help achieve your health goal(s). It couldn't maintain any decent strength passed -5, and it seemed to loose suction too quickly. To resolve this issue, I replaced it with a steel-based negative suction piston; works so much better than anything that's hard-plastic based.Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. It's reliable and safe to use under normal circumstances as well as easy to keep clean and not too large to stow away in a decently safe place.
