Wore in front of my man and caught him double take at it and next chance he got he tugged on it and said oh yea you need to wear that more. If you grab the chain and not the heart when tugging/pulling the heart won't break off as easy. Chain doesn't pinch or scratch. I've even had compliments on how cute it is.
