I am experienced with a wide variety of clamps and these are by far the most painful. All the other reviews are accurate- these aren’t adjustable and are the tightest ones I own. I would recommend only for short term use and only for those who have experience with other clamps. They are well made and have a nice weight, they have a place in my collection but only for occasional use.

I read the reviews and thought these would be a good item for me. I am an experienced nipple player. Well, truth be told as the reviews explained these will not fall off. They were so tight and the tension so strong, I realized these were no joke. I went to return them only to find they were not returnable. I played around with them trying to figure out how I can lessen the tension. I finally came to realize if I bent the tension bars slightly back, perhaps that would allow me to wear them. So I am happy to report the bend worked

These are everything they claim to be.Wow! What a pinch! You've got to like pain to enjoy these. They deliver it in spades! And very well made. Definitely not for beginners. Not for intermediates. Only, only, only for advanced who truly want some serious pain with their pleasure. But if that is you, you will definitely not be disappointed.The pads for squeezing them open are well shaped and comfortable to use. The balls on the end result in a very small and high intensity pressure point. There isn't any "limiter" like on many other spring clamps. It's all or nothing. So might want to warm up with something else first. Or, maybe not....
