Looks exactly as on the picture, so i guess no photos needed.Does not have a built in gag, but can neatly cover another gag underneath.Made from some fine leather, not to thick, not too thin. The straps made of a more thin leather,then the face part. BTW, if you look closely on that part, where is a tip (where the nose would be),hiding a cut-through hole for breathing.

Great construction with good leather. Does not feel cheap. Seems a bit large for those with smaller heads but its a fun toy.

Overall a quality product. Rated a 4 for really good concept/quality, but my biggest issue is this WILL NOT fit over the nose of a medium-large sized male head and they really needs two sizes. I'd say this would fit on most females and some medium-sized male heads, but it looks like it was sewn on a shrunken head model. To put it in perspective, it wouldn't fit over the chin AT ALL unless it was worn with the nose exposed, but we were able to make good use out of it with a butterfly gag (the sizing I mentioned was without using that). If you wear it with a butterfly gag, there is enough room for a tube to come out the bottom, but I don't recommend the top because it's tight on the bridge of the nose. Good buckles, sewing seems decent all over after a hand inspection of each strap. You can indeed talk with this product on, air hole is a cut that you can fit a smaller finger through it. It's good quality construction, not too solid and it's basically what you'd expect leather to be like.

This is a lot of fun. It is well made and awesome looking. The muzzle (like most new leather) is a bit stiff and needs a bit of conditioner but dont get it too soft. The really cool thing about this is that she can stuff panties in there before putting it on me and I can still breath easily!!! Highly recommend if you are into this kinda thing.

This is a high quality item that fits even a smaller woman well and can be worn with a neck collar. Breathing is adequate unless one exerts oneself greatly. There is a lining at the bridge of the nose for comfort. It is possible to talk while wearing this item.
