This 4-inch thick and tall curved posture collar is handmade of durable leather which will hold up to the struggling of the wearer. It forces the wearer to keep their neck perfectly straight with their chin out. It features a solid welded tri-ring on the front and a heavy locking roller buckle in back. It can be used with or without a lock.

Measurements: Fits neck sizes 17.5 - 21.5 inches

This is a very effective collar not much movement aloud with it which is great. My wife locked it on me for 10 hours which made it a little uncomfortable but that is what is expected I would say

Several reviews said it was uncomfortible. That's true, but that's the point. I feared that it might cause pain where the edges rest on the colar bones but that's not the case at all. Beautifully constructed. Does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I have to wear this collar on weekends all day and night and it keeps my head up all the time. I can't tilt my head down and it is difficult to turn my head. Exactly as my wife likes it to be. Especially now with neck gaiters, I can even wear it out in public on weekends without anybody noticing. Love this collar. It leaves a mark where the edges are and it takes a night for them to disappear. But I love that it is so restrictive.

What can be said? It is exactly as shown and does it’s job perfectly. Very stiff and ridged, love using it.

I loosely measured prior to purchasing and the measurements seemed to be exactly to what they specified. It may run about 1" slightly larger than those cheaply made ones, but I bought one on the upper edge of the size, used 1 notch in and it fit perfectly. At a glance the quality is good. One reviewer negatively mentioned it will be "very restrictive and uncomfortable with extended wear", I'm a bit confused as I thought that was the point?

Good quality but bottom will bruise tissue over collar bone due to very restrictive fit.
