This is a heavy-duty stainless steel CBT device that is perforated with 28 holes through which adjustable screw points can be threaded to put the pressure on your sub. The sturdy construction means that this ring offers no quarter to your flesh puppet, and as the lock slides into place they will become utterly at your mercy. The screw points have blunted ends to avoid piercing sensitive flesh while still pressing in on their package. The points are fully adjustable with the included hex key: start with them withdrawn all the way, then put Toms Spikes to work as you begin to tighten them up to inflict as little or as much discipline as you desire. This collar works best with the separately-purchased "cone point" screws, which are pointy enough to hurt and shallow enough not to break the skin. It also works best with an erection! You can set the screw selection and length obviously, and lock it on with a 99 Hours Max Timing Lock. Your partner, who may be a mile or a continent away, can enjoy via a video connection, the lock keeps the spike collar on until time is up (unless cut with a wire cutter, kept handy). Have used for many hours, never gets old. If you are into this kind of thing!

Not escape proof so look elsewhere if that's what you want. Most chastity devices are for micro penises, not this one. It hides well, under my clothes, but you will want to wear jeans to help carry the weight of the device to make it comfortable. It is comfortable when not aroused and can probably be worn for an extended time. It is really shiny and the quality of the material looks excellent. I recommend it as long as it's not too big for you.

This is awesome does not hurt when hard. The devise weighs about 8.65 ounces. Fully open is 1.5 inches all 28 screws in all the way about .75 of an inch. I started it with all screws fully out. As i got limp and hard screwed them in more. Did not hurt when I was fully hard. can be worn around the shaft or the sack.

First of all when I first saw this thing online I knew I wanted it. It is a massive hunk of metal. It came completely tightened down and ready for pain.
