Collar fit well. Gf did have one issue which is that it feels like the leather is a bit stiff and is not super comfortable or flexible to wear 24/7 for those in full time roles. She said that it would cut into her neck a little.Collar is durable and doesn't have any breaks or cracks. It is a good value for a budget collar, but definitely could be made slightly softer.
